IStreamHype Terms of Use

These terms are intended for the current beta version of IStreamHype and reflect how the product would operate as a public creator tool: user-controlled, platform-compliant, and focused on content preparation rather than unauthorized publishing.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using IStreamHype, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the associated Privacy Policy. If the product is made publicly available, continued use of the service after updates to these terms will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
How the service may be used
IStreamHype is a workflow tool for identifying live-stream highlights, organizing clips, generating captions, and helping users prepare content for manual or otherwise user-authorized uploads. The service is intended for lawful creator and editorial use. Users are responsible for reviewing content before publishing.
User content and responsibility
You are responsible for the media, captions, metadata, and account credentials you choose to connect or upload through IStreamHype. You represent that you have the rights or permissions necessary to use and publish that content. You remain responsible for compliance with copyright, privacy, publicity, and platform rules.
Connected platforms
When you connect TikTok, YouTube, or other services, you also agree to the rules and developer policies of those platforms. IStreamHype is not affiliated with those platforms unless explicitly stated. Platform access may be limited, suspended, or revoked if required by platform policy, abuse prevention, or technical changes.
Prohibited use
- Using the service to violate platform rules or applicable law.
- Publishing content you do not have the right to use.
- Attempting to bypass rate limits, moderation systems, or platform safeguards.
- Using IStreamHype for deceptive, abusive, or spam-oriented publishing behavior.
Availability and changes
IStreamHype may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time, especially during beta. We may also modify these terms as the product evolves or as platform requirements change.
Warranty and liability
IStreamHype is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, platform penalties, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
